Directly after graduating Brown University in 2014, with degrees in Political Science and Economics, Jordan was fortunate to work for the prestigious Boston Consulting Group. He spent two action-packed years advising Fortune 500 CEOs on their most demanding problems. After consulting, he worked as a Technical Architect at the distributed computing startup, Improbable, the first “unicorn” startup (meaning +$1B in value) in the UK. Throughout high school and college, he competed in ultimate frisbee, winning one national championship and one world championship. Jordan began tutoring ten years ago with Write For The Future, a college admissions essay workshop, helping students conceptualize and improve their essays through multiple drafts. As a long-time tutor, with an empathetic approach, Jordan understands how to tailor his style to each student's challenges. He loves to help students build confidence in areas where they’ve convinced themselves they aren’t able to succeed-- especially in high school math and writing. He has also tutored extensively in Computer Science, coaching at Hack Reactor, an intensive coding program for two years.

When he was young, Jordan had a splenectomy resulting in (no joke) 6 spleens. The same week Jordan developed this, 'House' had an episode about a patient with multiple spleens.
