Michael graduated in 2015 from Columbia University with an MS in Human Nutrition. He received his undergraduate degree in 2013 from Cornell University, with a BS in Biology. This education has given him a strong background for teaching STEM subjects. Mike has experience teaching other students in a wide variety of subjects all throughout his undergraduate career; he has even taught karate! Mike is passionate about science and medicine, and hopes to go to medical school in 2017. His tutoring capacity is not limited to science however, as he has spent time abroad in Honduras and Ecuador where he was able to practice his conversational Spanish. In addition, he is able to help craft unique and strong personal statements for college. He enjoys staying active in his spare time, and obtained his 3rd degree black belt, and played on numerous sports teams including football, lacrosse, and soccer. He also loves to travel, eat good food, and interface with nature.
