Angela enjoys teaching and guiding students in the learning process to achieve greater results. She encourages every student to find a joy for learning. She constantly emphasizes the importance of developing lifelong organizational and study skills. While attending Johns Hopkins University, Angela, a varsity athlete in cross-country and track & field, and a teaching assistant in chemistry lab, had to learn efficient ways to study in order to balance a heavy workload. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology with a minor in Bioethics. After graduating, she ventured to China for a year where she taught English and tutored many students. While living in NYC, Angela worked in psychiatric research. She recently was part of a publication which looked at the relationship between Vitamin D and the risk for schizophrenia.
